As for the keygen:
1./ Install Adobe Master Collection
2./ Use XFORCE keygen (adobe-master-cs4-keygen.exe) to generate your serial
3./ When installation is finished
Execute disable_activation.cmd (double click on it)
(in vista, run it as admin if you have uac enabled)
4./Enjoy it

NB: If you have problem with authentification when you launch the
application
check your

%windir%system32/drivers/etc/hosts

file
and make sure there are lines like these :
